Stream work makes the dream work

Last Friday, our environmental team took to the banks of the Tararata Stream, Māngere, for a team volunteer day followed by a hard-earned BBQ.

They managed to clear about 500kgs worth of rubbish including chairs, tyres, shoes and bags of weeds.

Afterwards, the area looked beautiful and team leader Rob Mair said "We’re proud to have made a small difference, and enjoyed the experience!"
